Shipping Policy

This page explains how order delivery, shipping fees and related arrangements generally apply to orders shipped to Australia. The information below is provided for transparency only and does not limit any rights you may have under applicable Australian laws.

I. Delivery Coverage

Shipping services are currently available within Australia only, including but not limited to:

  • All Australian states and territories

  • Metropolitan areas and most regional locations

In some cases, delivery may require additional confirmation or may not be available, such as:

  • Remote or hard-to-reach areas known to have limited logistics access (including parts of WA, NT, or specific remote postcodes)

If you are unsure whether your address is eligible for delivery, it is recommended that you contact the support channels before placing an order.

II. Shipping Fees and Price Structure

Shipping costs are applied based on the total order value:

  • Orders AUD 99 or above: no shipping fee is charged

  • Orders below AUD 99: a flat shipping fee of AUD 10 applies

Displayed product prices and checkout totals already include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Where applicable, orders are processed using the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) delivery method.

Under DDP arrangements, customs duties, import charges and related taxes are generally handled during shipment, and additional payment at delivery is typically not required.

III. Order Processing and Estimated Transit Time

Order Confirmation

  • Orders paid before 6:00 PM (AEST) usually enter confirmation processing on the same day

  • Orders paid after 6:00 PM (AEST) are generally confirmed on the next business day

Processing Time

  • After payment confirmation, orders typically enter dispatch preparation within 1–3 business days

Shipping Carriers

  • Delivery may be completed by third-party logistics providers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS, depending on the order

  • Shipment tracking information is usually available once the order is dispatched

Estimated Delivery Time

  • After dispatch, delivery within Australia generally takes approximately 8–15 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, transport disruptions, peak logistics periods, or other circumstances outside normal control.

IV. Order Tracking

Once an order has been shipped, a notification is usually sent that may include:

  • Order reference number

  • Carrier details

  • Tracking link or tracking reference

Tracking information can be used to monitor shipment progress and estimated delivery status.

V. Fee Transparency

  • Product prices include 10% GST

  • Shipping charges generally include import-related costs where applicable

  • Checkout pages display the main cost components before payment

  • When DDP delivery applies, additional undisclosed charges are not typically expected

VI. Delivery Checks and Issue Reporting

Upon delivery, customers are advised to inspect the parcel condition. If any of the following occur, it is recommended to document the issue and report it within 48 hours via the available support channels:

  • Parcel not received or delivery record appears incorrect

  • External packaging shows significant damage

  • Product is damaged or appears abnormal

Each case is reviewed based on the order details and supporting information provided.

If delivery issues arise due to incorrect address details or contact information provided at checkout, any resulting return or additional costs may need to be covered by the order holder.

VII. Order Changes and Cancellations

Before Dispatch

  • Within 72 hours after placing an order, requests to update delivery details or cancel an order may be submitted

  • Approval depends on the current order processing status

After Dispatch

  • Orders that have entered the shipping process generally cannot be modified or cancelled

  • After delivery, further requests may be submitted in accordance with the applicable after-sales policies
